Expressive writing or journaling is a personal practice that allows one to express feelings and thoughts without inhibition. If done consistently, it can be a sanctuary where dreams, fears, worries, intuitions, hopes and practicalities merge together. Sharing the writing experience with others who appreciate its value provides structure that will support and sustain one's journaling process.
