Service Description
This is your time to quiet the chatter, silence your devices, and listen more deeply to what is in your heart and mind. Studies have shown that the simple habit of writing about gratitude can improve sleep, increase happiness, and reduce symptoms of stress. Through the process of putting words on paper one can discover what resonates within. Bring a notebook and your favorite pen. We'll write privately, talk collectively, and have some fun in community! Lite bites will be served (in person or virtually). Additional details will be sent following registration. Welcome and I look forward to meeting you!
